I have Sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate in my shampoo, should I get rid of it?

Sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate is found in "sulphate-free" products despite it being a harsh sulphate. You don't need to remove it if it doesn't have blacklisted ingredients. However, you should not use it too often as it can strip your hair and scalp of it's natural oils.
