Are there natural ingredients that can be used as sulfates / sulphate alternatives?

When it comes to sulphates, what you're actually looking for is a mild sulphate-free surfactant. There are actually a lot of them! Coco glucoside and the saponins inside of reetha powder for example. Those are the surfactants used in Shampoo A and B respectively which you'll learn to make in week 2 of the challenge :)
