Biotin is also called Vitamin B7. The recommended dietary allowance for B7 for women is 30 mcg/d, well-woman is slightly above that, and Restore is well above that. I think it's safe to assume that not all of the Biotin from these products is going to get absorbed so well-woman is probably safe. However, Restore still contains way too much Biotin which can lead to breakouts, rashes, digestive problems in some people. Also keep in mind that Biotin is naturally available through food sources like eggs, fish, cauliflower, spinach, and many more. Generally, we recommend adding these foods to your diet first before supplementing anything. The nutrients are much more bioavailable and it's less likely that you reach levels that could be harmful to you. This is also going to be covered in Mission #8.
