Should we be factoring in our dietary choices in regards to the Mineral Wheel?

You should certainly be mindful of which nutrients (and how much!) you are getting from your food, especially as this is the best way to obtain nutrients! We recommend only supplementing what you are actually deficient in otherwise you risk consuming too much. Once you find you are no longer deficient, it is best to discontinue supplementation and focus on maintaining the levels through your diet.
