I have personally not fancied taking supplements because I always thought they are unnatural.

Of course, it is better to get your nutrients through food; however, it is not always easy or possible to consistently get enough! Therefore, it is absolutely fine to take supplements to help you. The best thing you can do is get high-quality supplements without too many 'filler ingredients or find supplements made from food or natural sources rather than synthetic ones.
