I need clarification on what results I should expect to see with Hairqare Lab. I need to set my expectations as I don’t want to dream of something impossible.

It's great that you're setting your expectations. This is definitely the right way to go before investing in a new course.
Results will be different for every person. I guess the best way to answer this would be to break it down by a few lifestyle factors:
Age: older students (40+) will see slower and less prominent results. This is because as you age, your body is less able to use all the nutrients to fuel your hair results. It will also react slower to changes you make in your lifestyle. This doesn't mean that older students won't see any results, but they will just take a little more time and it won't be as dramatic as a student who is in their 20's or 30's. The younger you are, the faster your body and cells can adapt to the changes you'll be implementing.
Time: students who dedicate more time will see quicker and more dramatic results. For example, there is a student who spent around 3hrs a day on her nutrition and haircare routine and she reduced her hair loss from 300 per day to 50 per day in less than 2 weeks. But she was unemployed at the time and had all day to work on her hair. There are super busy students who can only invest 1 hour a week and they will see results a lot slower.
Hair type: those with kinky/coily hair will require more time and effort to see results and will need to work harder than women with less complex hair types.
Environment: if you are regularly working in the sun or you wear a hijab that rubs on your hair or you swim in the sea or chlorine, then results will take longer as you will have to fight against the damage that occurs on your hair on a daily basis.
Haircare history: if you dyed your hair or your hair is damaged from poor haircare practices, then you need to repair that damage first. The repaired hair will be much better but it physically can't be as healthy as hair that was never damaged. The best results show when your old hair is gone and your new hair grows out after following the program.
Duration of past lifestyle: the longer you've been experiencing, say, hair loss, then the longer it will take to heal. So let's say you've been losing hair for 10 years due to stress or some other lifestyle factor, then your body is used to this and has changed its body chemistry to adapt to this lifestyle. If you suddenly change to healthier habits, your body will take time to change its body chemistry which means it will take time to stop losing hair. On the other hand, if you were losing hair for 3 months due to your exam stress or having a baby, then the hair loss can be reduced quickly because your body has not adapted to that lifestyle for too long yet and it will react to the changes a lot quicker.
Those are the main factors that affect how fast and how noticeable your results will be.
