Bone broth and gelatine do offer very similar nutritional values because they are made from similar parts of an animal.
If you were to make bone broth and then continue to simmer it for a further 18 hours or so (few people would bother to do this), the Collagen would break down and you would get gelatine. This is a very rudimentary explanation but it illustrates how closely related they are.
In terms of benefits, they both provide amino acids which are great for hair. There may be some different other health benefits they provide separately, but overall they are both quite nutritious! Both bone broth and gelatine are used to make soups, stews and gravies for similar purposes and nutritional value!
