"It sounds like you might be using too many moisturizing agents within your routine. For example, humectants in your pre-poo, conditioner, shampoo, and sealant steps. Humectants act differently depending on the humidity wherever you live. If you live somewhere with higher humidity levels, the humectant attracts too much water from the air into your strands which can cause the strands to puff up and bloat, leading to frizz.  In comparison, if you live somewhere with lower humidity levels, humectants can then draw too much water out of your strands and into the air, causing your hair to feel much dryer and potentially also causing frizz as well.  Therefore, please assess your routine to see how often you are using humectants, especially in the latter parts of your routine such as your conditioner or sealant steps. This is because your conditioner and sealant are more likely to stay in your hair after washing allowing the humectant to attract more water in or out of your strands, depending on the humidity. Whereas the earlier parts of your routine do get washed out, so may not have the same extreme effect!"
