If you are following a high-protein diet then there is generally no need to supplement with amino acids or collagen.
However, some students find it hard to consume enough protein and like to balance their meals with a protein supplement (like protein powder or collagen).
Amino acids or collagen can also be taken on top of a well-balanced diet for an extra hair-loving boost, but there is no reason to take both!
