Whether a sealant is required after using a silicone conditioner ultimately depends on the type of silicones in your formulation. When using airy and friendly silicones, you'll still want to make use of a sealant for added moisture and protection. If you're using a resilient silicone, then this should be the final step in your routine and a sealant is not needed. We recommend avoiding no-go silicones entirely and advise you to take note of any ingredient combinations that could alter the category of silicones used.
