For mild seborrhea case, is it best to avoid coconut and olive oil and what other ingredients to look out for?

Generally, with these scalp types, avoid oils in your products that aren't MCT, Squalene, or mineral oil. Perhaps try to find a shampoo with no oils! There are some who don't suffer dandruff/seborrhea, but their scalp hates oils, and generally, some avoid putting them on their scalp at all costs. Other things you could look out for are glycerin and sugars.
