I'm looking at the possibility of buying protein powder (from peas, for example) which a 30g scoop already gives you 25g of protein. What do you think? Do you have experience with this extra supply?

The protein recommendation on the course is higher than the average recommendation for general health. Even though it is in the upper limits, it is still in a healthy range! The reason the protein recommendation is so high is because protein gives our body amino acids which our body use to create collagen and keratin which are vital for our hair, skin and nails!
If you are struggling to reach your protein goals, using a protein powder is a great way to boost your intake in these early stages!
