If I eat foods containing good amounts of minerals and also supplement, do I risk ingesting too much of these minerals?

We recommend getting your minerals from food sources and only supplementing if you are deficient. If you want an extra boost then you can increase your daily intake to the upper limits, which are outlined on page 15 of the Better Hair and Health Lifestyle Manual. Otherwise, stick to the recommended daily intake as see on pages 23, 24, and 25 of the manual!
