The Deficiency Test showed that I had a biotin deficiency. How can this be if I'm currently taking a biotin supplement with 10,000mcg per serving?

Firstly, do keep in mind that while the Deficiency Test can offer insight into possible deficiencies, it is not a replacement for a blood test or visit to your GP! Secondly, the recommended daily intake for biotin is only 30mcg, so this supplement is much too high and your body probably can't even absorb such an excessive amount. Also, it's possible that the supplement could be of poor quality. The best way to fix a deficiency is through your diet! You can find examples of biotin-rich foods in your Better Hair and Health Manual!
