Should I be concerned about inflammation when adding yoghurt into my diet for probiotic benefits?

Whilst dairy products can be quite inflammatory, they do seem to affect people differently. If you do decide to add yoghurt into your diet, be sure to look out for any negative reactions such as skin rashes, spots, or digestive issues. If you'd rather go dairy-free, there are many delicious ways to incorporate probiotics into your diet, such as kombucha, sauerkraut, miso, kimchi, pickled vegetables and so forth!
