Should I add water to my sealant formulation?

You can certainly add water to your sealant and use it as a spray. We typically recommend 50% water for a sealant spray, though do bear in mind that water will shorten the shelf life of your product so it is best to use a safe preservative (such as potassium sorbate) when making a large quantity.
