Is it safe to use the Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Heat/UV Protective Primer (Bumble and bumble) without a sealant? Using both products makes my hair feel heavy.

Some students may opt to use this spray as a sealant for this very reason! While the product is great for UV protection, it does contain some Blacklisted ingredients (as is typical with UV protecting products), which is why we recommend using it overtop of a sealant. However, if your hair is unable to tolerate both products and you're worried about the Blacklisted ingredients, it is best to use a natural UV spray made with raspberry seed oil instead.
