Are there any hair serums or ingredients we can introduce to stimulate hair growth? I tried Minoxidil but wasn’t warned of the side effects it would have for my hair and how I would have to use it forever to maintain results!

We will be discussing the issue of hair loss throughout this journey and will be including a DIY scalp tonic that you'll be able to customize to help with Hair Growth!
Minoxidil is generally recommended if you have a genetic hair loss condition. Still, we have come to find that people are being recommended for it, even when they aren't suffering from this. Ultimately, when it comes to most temporary hair loss conditions, your internal practices such as diet, blood flow, low stress, and sleep schedule will reduce hair fall and boost hair growth in the best way possible.
Also, ensure that the ingredients you are using within your routine aren't blacklisted or something you are sensitive to personally. For example, I am sensitive to oils, so I have to avoid using them on my scalp as much as possible!
