Liquid Iron may also be recommended due to the Solubility, however, we do not advise taking iron supplements, instead we recommend getting this nutrient through food, also zinc! Some people have problems absorbing iron from food sources, so taking any food that contains iron with a vitamin C rich food really helps the body to absorb it!
