Leave-in conditioners are generally lightweight and free of oils it is applied to your hair and left in the hair, without rinsing, to retain moisture. A hairmask is only to be used at least once a week to boost your hair health or as a deep conditioning treatment.
While a sealant acts as a barrier keeping moisture from leaving the hair too quickly. Its main ingredient is oil or butter.
