If you dont air dry your hair you might want to time how long your hair dries in your current routine!
Keeping your hair wet isn't very good for your hair; therefore, you would want to find a drying routine that will help dry your hair quicker. A 'normal' drying time is considered to be around 1 hour!
Some hair also takes very long to air dry, hence why it has never been an option for them, so I understand how frustrating it can be. You will want to balance your routine between drying with a microfiber towel and blow-drying at a very low/ cool temperature. These things have helped to avoid using high heat on blow dryer as some students have used to! You could experiment between the two to find a routine that suits you best.
If you use heat on your hair, silicones can help protect your hair from the heat- either in a conditioner, serum, or heat protector! However, when using a cool temperature on your blow dryer, you may find you don't need this!
