When should we brush the hair to detangle? As it is still wet or completely dry? Which hairbrush?

You should never brush your hair when wet! Your hair should be absolutely dry! It is also best to detangle your hair with your fingers before you reach for your brush, as generally brushing can be pretty damaging!
