At what point do we take off the turban wrap and let air dry and blow-dry if we are getting close to the 1-hour mark, but it's not dry still?

Generally, this would depend on what works best for you. This would come under the 'Custom Drying Step,' and as it takes your hair about 2 hours to dry, you'll definitely find you'll need to use a blow dryer to get your drying time to an hour! You'll have to see how long it takes to blow dry your hair and see whether having a period of air drying would be needed to keep you at the hour mark and stop you from going under it!
