Should you take supplements on the days you are unable to stick to your meal plan?

You can certainly do this, however there are a couple of things you should be aware of:
- When it comes to micronutrients, you should ensure that the supplements you take are within the RDA of each vitamin/ nutrient/ mineral. You can find out what the RDAs are in the Hair and Health Lifestyle Manual that is released in Mission 4 of the 14 Day Challenge!
- Supplements like Amino Acids or Fish Oil, that focus less on micronutrients, can be taken alongside a healthy diet. For example, you can take an Amino Acid supplement to help give your diet an extra boost, without worrying too much about going over any RDAs, since these types of supplements don't have the same limits and restrictions as other micronutrient supplements!
- You should see these supplements as only something you should use when you absolutely have to. Otherwise, it can be so easy to slip back into bad habits and start relying on the supplements for all your hair-loving nutrients. Instead, be sure to maintain your hair-loving diet as much as you can!
