The best way to gauge how much of any supplement you might need (if any) is to track your nutrient intake from food sources! For example, if you are already getting enough B-vitamins in your diet then you won't need to supplement with this. If you're struggling to get enough protein, then you can choose to supplement to meet your quota. Do keep in mind that nutrients are most bioavailable when coming directly from food sources.
