If hair is in the Anagen phase for 2-6 years and gains about 13cm each year, it would only be able to grow as long as 76cm. Does it mean women with incredibly long hair have an increased growth rate or a longer Anagen phase than average?

The Anagen (growth) phase can vary a lot from person to person and certain hair types are able to grow faster and longer than others. For example, several studies have shown that Asian females typically experience the highest hair growth rates, while African females experience the lowest. As we explain in our programs, genetics do play some role in our hair, but they are not an end-all, be-all. Throughout the programs, students learn various internal and external practices that will help lengthen the growth phase and growth rate to achieve the healthiest and longest hair possible! We can assume that women who do have extremely long hair (like our Sarah!) are already incorporating some very healthy hair practices and minimizing their risks of damage!
