If you have a sensitive scalp, you can go for any of the two options to reset your scalp.
1. You can either use mild sulphates as they are less irritating.
For example- Ethyl PEG-15 Cocamine Sulfate
Sodium Coco Sulfate
Depending on how oil or dirty you hair is, you may need to wash your hair twice.
2. Or, you can also dilute products that have high-strength sulphates to reduce their impact on your hair and scalp. That's because concentration is more important than strength. In some cases, a product that's 99% mild surfactant will have a devastating impact on your hair, while a product with 1% harsh surfactant won't.
For example- Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate
Sodium Laureth Sulfate
Ammonium Laureth Sulfate
Sodium Myreth Sulfate
TEA Lauryl Sulfate
