If you want to measure your split-end reduction, you can count the number of ends you snip off each time you trim. Some people may find this a bit arduous, however, others might enjoy seeing the number go down!
It's recommended to give at least three months to see improvements in split ends as it takes your body approximately this long to adjust to better care and health practices.
