Silicones are so confusing! In the end how often and when can I use it??

As a general guideline, if your product is 100% clear from blacklist ingredients, you can use friendly silicones quite regularly as long as you wash your hair every 4-5 days maximum to refill the moisture of your strands with a fresh layer.
Regarding resilient silicones as they can only be removed by a sulfate shampoo we recommend using it only for the special occasions or when you know that you will be doing your reset shampoo on the next wash.
If your product contains blacklist ingredients in low concentration, keep your silicone products for special occasions only :)
