So in most cases, no you shouldn't worry. The tiny white bulb at the end of your fallen hair is the normal-looking follicle residue of a hair that arrived at the end of its life cycle. Now, if there is a really BIG bump at the end of your hair, this may be because there is solidified sebum around your telogen root (the cute technical nickname of the tiny white bulb), in which case it means that your scalp may not be 'clean enough'. You should address it asap with a sulfate shampoo wash at least and see if it improves.
We teach in detail how to understand what your fallen hair say and what you can do about it. Stay tuned for graduation day! <3
