We always encourage our students to tweak the formula of their homemade shampoo to fit their hair and scalp unique needs!
Regarding this specific recipe test, we can't exactly predict how it will react and work for your hair as we don't know your hair profile. Make sure to take into consideration that soap nuts produce a cleaning agent that is extremely gentle so adding it to the shampoo A formula that contains olive oil may end up making a shampoo that is not cleansing enough. If your shampoo ends up making your hair more greasy, consider reducing the amount of oil or even completely removing it from the mix to see how it goes.
We recommend coco glucoside if your scalp type is more on the oily side and soap nuts if your scalp is more on the dry and very sensitive side.
Make sure to share with the community how your tests went as it's also so helpful for the community.
