The help widget is showing on my laptop but not on mobile. What am I doing wrong?

So sorry that you’re encountering that issue. You should be able to view the help widget as usual on mobile too, as long as you’re logged in your account from the web platform.
If you’re using the Circle app on mobile, our help widget is unfortunately not available there due to developer incompatibility.
To login on the web platform from your phone, simply go to the URL from your usual mobile browser & login: https://community.hairqare.co/getting-started
⚠️ It may ask you if you want to use the circle app instead. Just say ‘no continue on web version’.
