While traditional medicine doctors say that losing 100 to 150 hair per day is 'normal' we don't necessarily agree. This statistic was made on a population without assessing what was the lifestyle of these people losing 100-150 hair/day. What we know is that the modern lifestyle is quite unbalanced with lots of stress, industrial over-processed foods, sedentary habits and more.
So we'd say that it is 'normal' to lose that much hair when living a 'normal' modern lifestyle.
However, it's important to note that we can reduce our hair loss down to 20-50 hair/day with some smart adjustments to our daily habits. With just a few tweaks in our diet, a few more steps around the block and a holistic haircare routine, we can easily reduce our hair loss and regain a lot of hair density... Way beyond what doctors would say possible!
