Shampoo “A” makes my scalp oily. I used to wash my hair once every six days, but with this shampoo, I need to wash it every two days. My hair is fine, but my scalp gets oily. What would you recommend in this case?

It sounds like your scalp might not be getting along with the olive oil in Shampoo A, which can sometimes feel too rich for scalps that tend to get oily quickly.
Here are some suggestions you can try to balance things out:
Adjust the Oil in Shampoo A – You could try replacing the olive oil with a lighter oil better suited for oily scalps, like jojoba oil, squalane, or MCT oil. You can also try the recipe without oils at all and see how it reacts.
Try a Double Wash – Sometimes, one wash isn’t enough to fully cleanse an oilier scalp. Doing a quick first wash to lift excess oil, rinsing, and then applying shampoo again helps get a deeper clean without being harsh.
