When it comes to herbal blends or powders like moringa (or any other herb), it’s always important to check the nutrient facts on the label, just like you would with any supplement. Herbs can absolutely be beneficial, but only if they match what your body actually needs right now.
If the product doesn’t list its nutrient facts or you can’t be sure what’s really inside, we generally recommend being cautious, because without that transparency, you don’t truly know what you’re putting into your body.
Moringa specifically: it's an interesting herb that contains lots of nutrients. It's quite potent, so usually not recommended during pregnancy or for people with low blood pressure.
