Resilient silicones must be the last routine step -as they repel additional layers- are these strong enough to use alone before heat styling, or would I apply a heat protectant spray and then apply the Resilient silicone on top also?
Usually, your heat protectant will use resilient silicones to protect from heat. Make sure to compare the labels to see if applying one or the other is enough.
